The Oak Ridges Fair is a community volunteer based event and is funded through financial support from local and area businesses.  Without the generous donations and involvement of our local businesses, we wouldn’t be able to offer the variety of activities at our event.

Sponsor recognition is provided to all businesses who are involved.  Advertising to thousands of visitors to the fair, as well as pre-event marketing to thousands more would be included.

Sponsorships and donations are greatly appreciated and can be put towards the following:

• Event advertising and promotion
• Music, Arts and Entertainment
• Rental Equipment
• Security
• Volunteer Support

In-Kind donations are always needed and appreciated:

• Printing
• Coupons and give-aways
• Entertainment
• Refreshments

Whether you are a big business or small, in a big office tower or home-based, your generosity goes a long way in community goodwill and of course, advertising for you.
